i am currently deployed looking at buying a 2012 wide glide when i get home i don’t really like having ear buds or helmet speakers i am looking for something i can mount to my bike that will sound good and i will be able to hear at highway speeds with after market pipes

I am looking for some surround sound receivers with the ability to connect 5 speakers at least.
I dont know what surround sound receivers are good on the market and was hoping that somebody in here could help me find some good surround sound receivers.
My budget for the surround sound receivers that you find is around 300$ .
So what surround sound receivers would you recommend and why?

No it is far from true.Sound systems are not wireless with most hookups.Wireless micropjones run on lower frequences than cell phones or one a little higher.Just a fool attempt to get kids to shut off their phones and use the gym.

The XT200 has two audio inputs, one digital and one analogue, chose which one you want to connect to and then refer to the owners manual to set the prefered input to prologic.

The male vocalist on “Release” was Iarla O’Lionaird, who is one of the two primary male vocalists for almost all of Afro Celt Sound System’s songs. The English lyrics (which I’m listing below) were sung by Sinead O’Connor, and the Malinke (African) parts were sung by N’Faly Kouyate, the other primary male vocalist for the band. Iarla’s parts were sung in Irish Gaelic, and those lyrics for some reason are not listed on afrocelts.org’s lyrics page. (Afrocelts.org is run by a fan but is arguably the best Afro Celts website, currently.) The song was written after the tragic, premature death of band member Jo Bruce, as a way of the band honoring him, and moving on without him. Here is the English part of the song “Release”, as sung by Sinead O’Connor:

Question by : What is better a Surround Sound System or Gaming Headset?
I have a Turtle Beach x11 right now. It sound great, but the thing is I play when my son is sleeping, and if I have the headset on I cant here the baby monitor. So I am thinking about getting a 5.1 Surround Sound Speaker System. I just want to know if anyone uses a surround sound system instead of a headset. And if it is as good as a headset or better. Can you still here bomb plants/defuses and footsteps precise.

i can’t get the sound to come through when watching tv but i can get the DVD player to work. I am not sure what i am doing wrong, or if i am missing a cable or something. I have a VIZIO HDTV if that helps any. I have an HDMI cable going from the cable box to the tv, and then i used the RCA cables from the tv to the home theater system but that i not working just the DVD player.

You state that you have run RCA cables from the TV to the HT, instead try connecting a stereo output (red/white RCA) from the cable box to a stereo INPUT on the HT system, once connected make sure you activate the correct input on the HT for sound. You might even have an optical output from the Cable box, and an optical input on the HT system – this would be the preferred connection as it would provide multi-channel surround to your HT system.

I have a 5.1 Surround Sound System Made by Yamaha, When I play DVDs the volume of the music on the DVD is way louder than the speaking and can often strangle out the speaking if there is music at the same time… Is there something I can do to correct this?
It is an “all in one” It came with all the speakers and receiver. I used two large sony speakers I already had as the right front and left front speakers. I will try turning the other speakers down. TY! Any other suggestions would be great also

Is it an all in one speaker and amp package?
The speaking comes through the centre speaker. So if you turn the other speakers down and the centre up that should help. That should be hidden somewhere in the settings.
