Question by : My center on my surround sound system doesnt work when i watch tv. How do i fix it?
I have the Panasonic SA-HT67 home theater system:

And i have direct tv hooked up to the tv with an hdmi cable. Then i have a red and white audio hookup going from the tv out into the surround sound system. When i go to play stuff on the TV sound comes out of everything but the center. I know it is hooked up correctly because when i play a cd/dvd sound comes out of the center. Just not on the tv mode. If you need any more info please let me know
It is hooked up to direct tv dish but has same problem.

Try running your audio r/w cables from your direct tv box directly into your receiver.
