Question by soccer dude: how do i get tv sound on surround sound system?
i have a time warner cable box hooked up to the tv. i have the dvd player hooked up to the surround sound system and tv and that works fine. the surround system is Kenwood VR-507 if that helps! Thanks!

The cable box audio need to be hooked to the receiver and video to the tv. Depends on the inputs & outputs you have on them to know what cables to use. What cables are you using from the receiver to the tv?
