Stereo Systems?

Question by c-ranger: Stereo Systems?
I have a boat and currently there is a receiver( similar to a car receiver) connected to 4 speakers. the receiver is connected to a rectangle could just be how recievers are done or it could be an amplifier I have no idea. The first two speakers are within 5 feet of the receiver and the other two speakers are at the back of the boat approximately 15-20 feet away. The speakers in the front are loud and clear while the speakers in the back are less loud and less clear. How can I either make the sound equal amongst the speakers or more powerful in the rear speakers?

How do I play music on 2 separate stereo systems simultaneously?

Question by : How do I play music on 2 separate stereo systems simultaneously?
I have one stereo/speaker system in my family room (Yamaha AV receiver RX-V661) and the other stereo/speaker system (Sony FM Stereo/FM-AM Receiver STR-D665) is upstairs in my bonus room. There are no wires between these two systems. I also want 2 sets of wireless speakers for my deck and sun room. When I have a party, I want all of them to play the same songs from my PC media server. Is this possible?

The simplest way to do it would be with an analog compsite splitter, but that wouldn’t provide as high quality audio (although in a party environment no one would notice).

The best way would be with multiple outputs on the media server though.

well for one those are car subwoofers. a home subwoofer would be powered. the sub you pictured is not a powered sub and needs a seperate amplifier. its meant for a car. and in terms of the biggest size you can go you could go all the way up to 15 inches. but i would not recommend that because for one that would be very expensive and two unless you have a huge room its just a waste. for average sized rooms 10 inch subs will be perfect. just look online for a powered subwoofer because most receivers do not put out enough power (200+watts) to adequately power that sub.
