Those devices that make for pleasant sounds (rainfall, waves, etc, this is what I’m talking about http://www.brookstone.com/sl/product/24879-tranquil-moments-sleep-sound-therapy-system.html) and how well did it work?

I always have sleep problems but I don’t want to take an ambien each night.

They work but concentration plays a big part also. They are designed to drown out other noises.
