Question by super ging: will a 10 or 12 inch sub subwoofer make a difference in my car audio sound system?
i have an amp and aftermarket sound system but there is barely any bass. i want to hear good, deep bass, but not too much. just enough to make the audio sound really nice and more balanced. I dont want to be one of those obnoxious people who have huge subs that vibrate all the cars around them when they are at a stoplight. thanks for your help, any advice is appreciated!

Yes a sub woofer will dramatically increase the experience of listening to music in your car. To me, 10′s have a more punctuated sound. You can really hear the actual thumping of the bass. 12′s on the other hand, have a deeper, richer bass sound. If you have a hatchback, you will probably only need one sub woofer. If you have a trunk, get two. And Dynamat the trunk to prevent the rattle.
