heres how you set the sound right.
turn all gain settings on the radio to zero, turn the radio Loud, just a click before you hear distortion.
then turn the treble settings to how high you want them but make sure they dont distort, that means you need to turn them down a click.
then do the mids if it has them.
then the bass. the entire time setting it it should be loud.
you want to know the limits without breaking a brand new system. so if you hear any distortion turn down the gain settings on the radio. thats about it. you may also want to adjust the fade to fade in the back if you like to be able to talk to the back seat passengers, because if you ever sit in the back seat with a driver talking to you with the radio loud you know how hard it is to hear them talking to you.
