I doubt there are any integrated Blu-ray HTIBs (Blu-ray Home Theatre in a Box) for several reasons. First Blu-ray players are $ 300+, which is inconsistent with the low price point rationale for an integrated HT. Second, most people who choose to buy an integrated HT don’t have a high end HDTV.
You would be best to avoid all-in-one systems since they are generally poorer performers, and often poorer quality. If something goes wrong or you wish to upgrade you have a problem because you often can’t replace or upgrade that component.
Blu-ray is only of interest to someone with a high end HDTV … which you have. But it’s a premium price format that costs much more to buy and “feed” than a DVD player.
A Blu-ray player replaces a DVD player and hooks up to a HT system and HDTV.
